8421 Broad in Tysons, formerly The Ascent at Springhill Station, offers residents a luxury living experience in one of the Washington metro area’s most dynamic neighborhoods. With a stylish rooftop deck and sweeping skyline views, this 26-story, 416,000 square foot apartment building offer residents expertly designed living spaces. For this project, Potomac Valley Brick supplied Goldenrod Ironspot from The Belden Brick Company, 317 Red Modular Wirecut from Taylor Clay Products and a Colonial Gray Velour from US Brick.
