900 S. Wolfe Street

900 S. Wolfe Street is a three-story, 31,000 sq, ft., historically accurate, iron spot and glazed brick office building located in Fells Point. The architect was challenged with creating a structure that was capable of being leased to multiple tenants, while also keeping in mind the height and scale of the adjacent structures. The building features intricate, articulated, brick facades and corbeling, with incised granite accents at the exterior. For this project, Potomac Valley Brick supplied a Middle Plantation brick from Redland Brick Rocky Ridge Plant and a modular Manganese Ironspot Smooth from Endicott.
