Project Details
Located at the intersection of Fleet Street and South Central Avenue in Baltimore, Hyatt Place is an eight-story, 150,000 sf hotel that includes structured parking for 60 cars and 14,000 square feet of ground-level retail space. The 208-room cast-in-place concrete structure hotel boasts a masonry and glass façade with a glass and steel entry porte-cochère. A one-story warehouse formerly occupied the hotel site in what’s known as Inner Harbor East. For this project, Potomac Valley Brick supplied a Rocky Mountain Modular, a Hartford Red 2/3, a Royal Burgundy 1/3 from Redland KF Brick, and a Manganese Ironspot Artisan Modular from Endicott.
