Nouvelle is a sleek, modern and high-end apartment community in the heart of Arbor Row, a mixed-use development in Tysons totaling 2.6 million square feet on a 19.4-acre site. It is planned to have 8 buildings including office, residential and hotel high-rise buildings, all with generous greenspace and easy access to public transportation. Potomac Valley Brick supplied an Endicott Blend and an Alaskan Grain from Summit Brick Company for the Nouvelle.
