Project Details
Presidents Park is a 600,000 square foot office campus comprised of three 200,000 square foot Class A buildings. The project was a retrofit renovation project of an existing building that was acquired by Normandy Real Estate Partners.
Potomac Valley Brick supplied the exterior clay pavers from The Belden Brick Company to construct the walkways and pathways around the office park.
