Reston Hospital Center

Reston Hospital Center, located near Reston Town Center and minutes from Dulles Airport, is a full-service, 231-bed acute care medical and surgical hospital serving residents in Reston and throughout the Northern Virginia region. Potomac Valley Brick supplied brick for the initial build in 1986, in addition to two major expansions. The first in 2001 on the west wing of the hospital which added five-story facility with 60 additional beds and other treatment facilities. The second in 2019 which added 63,000 square feet of new space, including an updated patient tower, intensive care unit and more services for inpatient rehabilitation, women and children. For these expansions, we supplied an Autumn Series #370 brick from Taylor Clay Products, a Whitestone brick from Palmetto Brick, an Ebony Ironspot brick from Cloud Ceramics and a Dark Ironspot brick from Endicott.
