The Yards – Parcel G

Southeast DC has undergone tremendous revitalization in recent years. And Parcel G, a massive mixed-use commercial and retail development at The Yards is the perfect example of the area’s vast growth. The Class A office building has an unparalleled view of the Waterfront, a gorgeous penthouse, and 15,000-SF of ground-floor retail and restaurant space. The building’s exterior uses a masonry grid to accentuate the arced facades. For this project, Potomac Valley Brick supplied brick from Acme Brick.
