Union Wharf

Project Details

Located on the Inner Harbor in Fells Points, one of Baltimore’s most lively and historic neighborhoods, Union Wharf was a mixed-use development project. It houses 281 apartments, 4,600 square feet of retail space and 473 parking spaces.

Potomac Valley Brick supplied the brick for this project using products from Redland Brick’s KF Brick and Endicott. The architectural team for Union Wharf wanted to use a traditional brick for the exterior to help the development blend seamlessly into the surrounding historic neighborhood.
